教练角色赋予加个人健康记录延续性护理模式在类风湿性关节炎患者中的应用观察

摘　　要：目的:观察教练角色赋予加个人健康记录延续性护理模式在类风湿性关节炎(RA)患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年6月—2019年7月濮阳市安阳地区医院93例RA患者,2017年6月—2018年6月46例为对照组,采取常规延续护理,2018年7月—2019年7月47例为研究组,在对照组基础上采取教练角色赋予+个人健康记录延续性护理模式干预,比较两组知识掌握度、用药依从性、干预前后关节压痛指数、生活质量[Barthel指数(BI)评分]。结果:研究组知识掌握度为95.74%高于对照组的76.09%(P<0.05);干预2个月后研究组用药依从性优于对照组(P<0.05);干预2个月后研究组关节压痛指数低于对照组,BI评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:教练角色赋予加个人健康记录延续性护理模式应用于RA患者,能提高患者知识掌握度,显著改善用药依从性,进而减轻关节压痛,提高生活质量。Objective:To observe the effect of coach role assignment plus personal health record continuous nursing mode in patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods:93 RA patients in the hospital from June 2017 to July 2019 were selected as the subjects.46 RA patients in the hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the control group,routine continuing care was taken,and 47 RA patients in the hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the study group.On the basis of the control group,the intervention of coach role assignment plus personal health record continuing care mode was adopted to compare the knowledge mastery,medication compliance,joint tenderness index before and after the intervention,and health of the two groups Quality of life [Barthel Index(BI) score].Results:95.74% of the knowledge mastery in the study group was higher than that with 76.09% in the control group(P<0.05).The drug compliance in the study group was better than that in the control group after2 months of intervention(P<0.05).The joint tenderness index in the study group was lower than that in the control group after 2 months of intervention,and the BI score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The continuous nursing mode of coach role and personal health record can improve the patients’ knowledge mastery,drug compliance,joint tenderness and quality of life.
