实施优质护理对输尿管支架置入术后并发症发生率的临床影响分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨实施优质护理对输尿管支架置入术后并发症发生率的影响。方法:选择2018年3月—2020年4月于广州市第十二人民医院行输尿管支架置入术患者70例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各35例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施优质护理,比较两组术后并发症发生率、日常生活活动能力、护理满意度。结果:干预前,两组日常生活活动能力(Barthel指数)评分差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组并发症发生率为8.57%,低于对照组的28.57%,Barthel指数评分(77.85±5.40)分,高于对照组;护理满意度为97.14%,高于对照组的77.14%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施优质护理可有效降低输尿管支架置入术后并发症发生率,并提高患者日常生活活动能力和护理满意度。Objective:To explore the effect of high-quality nursing on the incidence of complications after ureteral stent implantation.Methods:70 patients undergoing ureteral stent implantation from March 2018 to April 2020 in the hospital were randomly divided into two groups,35 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given high-quality nursing on this basis.The incidence of postoperative complications,activities of daily living and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:Before intervention,there was no significant difference in Barthel index score between the two groups(P<0.05).After intervention,the incidence of complications in the observation group was8.57%,which was lower than 28.57% in the control group.The Barthel index score(77.85±5.40) was higher than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was 97.14% and 77.14% in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of high quality nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of complications after ureteral stent implantation,and improve the ability of daily living and nursing satisfaction of patients.
