摘  要:应用ABAQUS有限元分析软件对民用飞机机身长桁结构损伤所产生的应力分布进行分析,确定打磨或修切的部分参数,针对长桁损伤区域进行打磨或修切来消除高应力区,给出合理的工程建议。针对长桁极端损伤情况,对损伤区域完全修切后进行加强板补强,通过工程算法对加强后的加强板厚度以及连接紧固件数量进行分析和计算,提出科学的工程建议。ABAQUS finite element analysis software is used to analyze the stress distribution caused by the damage of civil aircraft fuselage truss structure,and some parameters of grinding or trimming are determined.Aiming at the truss damage area,grinding or trimming is carried out to eliminate the high stress area,and reasonable engineering suggestions are given.In view of the extreme damage of the truss,the reinforced plate is used to reinforce the damaged area after complete trimming.Through the engineering algorithm,the thickness of the reinforced plate and the number of connecting fasteners are analyzed and calculated,and scientific engineering suggestions are put forward.
