摘 要:闽楠溃疡病(Clonostachys rosea)是近年来出现的危害闽楠较为严重的枝干性病害,对经济造成极大的损失。为能有效地防治闽楠溃疡病,选用8种杀菌剂和12种植物抑菌物质,采用生长速率抑制法和玻片萌发法测定其对病原菌粉红粘帚霉(Clonostachys rosea)菌丝生长和孢子萌发的影响。研究结果表明,供试杀菌剂对病原菌菌丝抑制效果最好的是苯醚·甲环唑和甲基硫菌灵,其EC 50分别是0.290 mg/L和0.818 mg/L;对病原菌分生孢子萌发抑制效果较好的是多锰锌、氟啶胺、苯醚·甲环唑和百菌清,其EC 50分别是2.071 mg/L、4.335 mg/L、4.757 mg/L和5.207 mg/L,苯醚·甲环唑对粉红粘帚霉的菌丝生长和孢子萌发均有较好的抑制作用,可用于后续的野外防治试验。供试植物浸提物对病原菌菌丝生长抑制效果最显著的是知母,抑制率为80.67%,对分生孢子萌发抑制效果显著的是艾叶和苦参,抑制率超过60%,知母、艾叶和苦参对开发闽楠溃疡病新型抑菌剂具有潜在研究价值。Phoebe bournei stem canker(Clonostachys rosea)is a serious disease,causing great losses to the economy.In order to better prevent and cure the disease,8 kinds of fungicides and 12 plant antibacterial substances were selected for the pathogen,and the methods of mycelium growth inhibition and conidium germination inhibition were used to determine the mycelial growth and spore germination of pathogen.The results showed that the best inhibitory effect of the tested fungicide on pathogenic mycelium was difenoconazole and thiophanate-methl,and the EC 50 was 0.290 mg/L and 0.818 mg/L.The inhibitory effects on pathogen conidia germination were Multi-manganese zinc,fluazinam,difenoconazole,and chlorothalonil,and their EC 50 were 2.071 mg/L,4.335 mg/L,4.757 mg/L,and 5.207 mg/L.Difenoconazole have good inhibition of colonies and conidia germination of Clonostachys rosea,which can be used for subsequent field control.The most significant inhibitory effect of the test plant extract on the mycelial growth of the pathogen is the Common Anemarrhena,and the inhibition rate was 80.67%.The inhibitory effect on the conidial germination was Chinese mugwort and Sophora flavescens ait,and the inhibition rate was over 60%.Common Anemarrhena,Chinese mugwort and Sophora flavescens ait have potential research value for the development of new antifungal agents for the disease.
