摘 要:2019年4月对贵州草海退耕还湿的自然湖滨区、人工湿地恢复区和污水处理厂尾水排放区周丛藻类的物种组成、生物量、群落多样性等进行了调查,探讨不同区域周丛藻类群落的差异及影响周丛藻类群落分布的主要环境因子。结果表明,草海沿岸带周丛藻类隶属6门8纲19目34科75属84种,其中绿藻门39种(46.43%),硅藻门23种(27.38%)、蓝藻门15种(17.86%)、裸藻门4种(4.76%)、甲藻门2种(2.38%)和金藻门1种(1.19%)。3个区域共同的优势种是颤藻(Oscillatoria sp.)、舟形藻(Navicula sp.)和裸藻(Euglena sp.)。除此之外,自然湖滨区优势种还有假鱼腥藻(Pseudanabaena sp.)、脆杆藻(Fragilaria sp.)、针杆藻(Synedra sp.)、栅藻(Scenedesmus sp.)和水绵(Spirogyr a sp.),污水处理厂尾水排放区优势种还有颗粒直链藻(Aulacoseria granulate)、脆杆藻(Fragilaria sp.)、针杆藻(Synedra sp.)、异极藻(Gomphonema sp.)和水绵(Spirogyr a sp.)。污水处理厂尾水排放区周丛藻类叶绿素a含量高于自然湖滨区和人工湿地恢复区。人工湿地恢复区周丛藻类的干重(DW)和无灰分干重(AFDW)最高,自然湖滨区最低。自然湖滨区水质最好,多样性最丰富,而水质较差的人工湿地恢复区和污水处理厂尾水排放区藻类种类较少,优势种属单一。相似性分析表明不同采样区域周丛藻类群落相似性指数较低。RDA分析结果表明总磷(TP)、总氮(TN)、和铵态氮(NH+4-N)是影响草海沿岸带周丛藻类物种分布的主要环境因子。Species composition,biomass and biodiversity of the periphytic algae communities along the littoral zone of three sampling areas in Caohai,Guizhou,including lakeside zone,wetland restoration area and tailwater discharge area of the sewage treatment plant,were investigated in April of 2019.The main environmental factors that affect the distribution of the periphyton community were analyzed.The results showed that the periphyton in the littoral zone were identified 6 Phylums,8 Classes,19 Orders,34 Families,75 Genera and 84 Species.Among them,the Chlorophyta had the largest of species,39 species(46.43%),followed by 23 species of Bacillariophyta(27.38%),15 species(17.86%)of Cyanophyta,4 species(4.76%)of Euglenophyta,2 species of Dinophyta(2.38%)and 1 species of Chrysophyta(1.19%).The dominant species common to the three sampling areas are Oscillatoria sp.,Navicula sp.,Euglena sp.In addition,the dominant species in the lakeside zone are Pseudanabaena sp.,Fragilaria sp.,Synedra sp.,Scenedesmus sp.and Spirogyr a sp.The dominant species in the tailwater discharge area of the sewage treatment plant include Melosir a sp.,Fragilaria sp.,Synedra sp.,Gomphonema sp.and Spirogyr a sp.The chlorophyll,a content of periphyton,in the tailwater discharge area of the sewage treatment plant,is higher than that of the lakeside area and the wetland restoration area.The dry weight(DW)and ash free dry weight(AFDW)of periphyton in the wetland restoration area are the highest,and the lakeside area is the lowest.The lakeside zone has the best water quality and the most abundant diversity,the wetland restoration area has poor water quality and the tailwater discharge area of the sewage treatment plant has fewer species and the dominant species are single.The similarity analysis showed that the similarity index of the periphytic algae communities in different sampling areas was low.The redundancy analysis results showed that total phosphorus(TP),total nitrogen(TN),and ammonium nitrogen(NH+4-N)are the main environmental factors determining the
