Acute myocardial infarction(AMI),a common acute and critical illness,is characterized by acute onset, rapid progression and high mortality.Percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)is a mature technology that has been widely used in the treatment of AMI.Although PCI can significantly reduce the mortality of AMI,the incidence of major adverse cardiovascular events(MACE)is still very high in patients after PCI,seriously affecting the prognosis of AMI patients. How to effectively predict and prevent MACE is the key to improving the prognosis of patients with AMI.This article reviews the current status of prognosis of AMI patients undergoing PCI.In order to effectively help medical staff to perform early intervention guidance, reduce the occurrence of MACE,improve the quality of life and survival rate and enrich the theory and methods of AMI prevention and treatment, the prognosis of post-PCI patients with AMI is comprehensively evaluated from the perspectives of PCI prognosis, factors affecting PCI prognosis and prognostic evaluation models.
