摘 要:研究国产药芯焊丝YJL-60G以及进口焊丝DWS-60G与低合金调质高强钢07MnNiVDR的焊接匹配效果。通过拉伸、冲击试验以及接头显微组织观察,对两种焊丝形成的焊接接头进行力学性能研究以及焊缝、热影响区组织分析。结果表明:YJL-60G接头焊缝中针状铁素体所占比例多于DWS-60G焊缝,表现出较高的低温冲击韧性,且焊缝硬度高于DWS-60G接头。YJL-60G接头粗晶热影响区奥氏体组织发生粗化现象,部分晶内组织以板条贝氏体束为主,降低了HAZ的低温冲击韧性。The matching effect of YJL-60G flux-cored wire made in China and DWS-60G imported wire with 07MnNiVDR low alloy quenched and tempered high strength steel was studied.The mechanical properties of the welded joints formed by two kinds of welding wires and microstructures of the weld zone and heat-affected zone were studied by tensile,impact tests and microstructure observation.The results show that the proportion of acicular ferrite in weld seam of YJL-60G joint is bigger than in that of DWS-60G joint,and the low temperature toughness of YJL-60G joint is higher,the hardness of YJL-60G joint is higher than that of DWS-60G joint.The austenite structure in the coarse grain heat affected zone of YJL-60G joint coarsens,and part of intragranular structure is mainly slab bainite,which reduces the low temperature impact toughness of HAZ.
