摘  要:在研究基于微处理器控制的数字化弧焊逆变电源的基础上,提出了数字化控制器的变结构控制方法。以S函数作为闭环控制核心,结合Simulink电路模型建立程序化控制的弧焊逆变电源仿真模型。对该模型的外特性以及动特性进行仿真实验并分析,结果表明,仿真模型的外特性曲线符合一般规律,变结构控制相比独立PI调节方式极大提升了电流突变时的电流响应速度,并具有超调量小、调整时间短以及控制稳定等优势。该仿真模型对数字化弧焊电源的设计工作具有重要的指导意义。Based on the research of digital arc welding inverter power supply controlled by microprocessor,a variable structure control method of digital controller was proposed.Taking S function as the core of closed-loop control and combining Simulink circuit model,the simulation model of programmed arc welding inverter power supply was established.The simulation experiment and analysis of the external and dynamic characteristics of the model show that the external characteristic curve of the simulation model conforms to the general law.Compared with the independent PI regulation mode,the variable structure control greatly improves the current response speed when the current suddenly changes,and has the advantages of small overshoot,short adjustment time and stable control.The simulation model has important guiding significance for the design of digital arc welding power source.
