摘 要:目的探讨胎儿颜面部畸形超声特征与超声软指标的相关性。方法回顾性分析2018年1月至2019年1月在本院进行产前检查的250名孕妇的临床资料,均进行二维超声及四维超声检查,记录胎儿颜面部畸形状况,分析胎儿颜面部畸形超声特征及与超声软指标的相关性。结果经妊娠结局或引产结果证实,250例胎儿中颜面部畸形16例,无颜面部畸形234例;二维超声与四维超声联合诊断准确度略高于二维超声及四维超声单项诊断,差异无统计学意义;不同类型胎儿颈项透明层(NT)厚度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);胎儿颜面部畸形与NT厚度呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05)。结论超声对胎儿颜面部畸形有较高诊断价值,NT增厚与胎儿颜面部畸形有关,可为临床诊治提供参考。Objective To investigate the correlation between ultrasound features and soft indexes of fetal facial malformation.Methods The clinical data of 250 pregnant women who underwent prenatal examination from January 2018 to January 2019 were analyzed retrospectively,two-dimensional and four-dimensional ultrasound,record fetal facial deformities,to analyze the ultrasonic characteristics of fetal facial malformation and its correlation with ultrasonic soft index.Results The results were confirmed by pregnancy outcome or induced labor,of the 250 fetuses,16 were facial deformities,234 cases without facial deformity;the accuracy of two-dimensional ultrasound combined with four-dimensional ultrasound is slightly higher than that of two-dimensional ultrasound and four-dimensional ultrasound single diagnosis,the difference was not statistically significant;there was significant difference in the thickness of the NT layer(P<0.05);there was positive correlation(r>0,P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound has high diagnostic value for fetal facial deformity,NT thickening is associated with fetal facial deformities,it can provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
