乳糖酸阿奇霉素联合头孢呋辛钠与舒巴坦钠治疗小儿支气管肺炎的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的对比小儿支气管肺炎应用乳糖酸阿奇霉素联合头孢呋辛钠治疗与舒巴坦钠治疗的疗效。方法选取2017年4月至2019年9月本市儿童医院收治的小儿支气管肺炎111例,随机分为对照组(n=56)与观察组(n=55)。对照组采用舒巴坦钠治疗,观察组采用乳糖酸阿奇霉素联合头孢呋辛钠治疗。比较分析两组临床疗效和用药前后白细胞值、体温及症状消失时间。结果治疗后,观察组患儿总有效率高于对照组,白细胞值、体温均低于对照组,肺部啰音消失时间、体温升高结束时间、咳嗽结束时间及治疗时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿支气管肺炎应用乳糖酸阿奇霉素联合头孢呋辛钠治疗能有效降低感染风险,缩短症状持续时间,提高治愈率,对促进患儿健康发育有重大意义。Objective To compare the efficacy of azithromycin lactate combined with cefuroxime sodium in the treatment of bronchopneumonia in children with sulbactam sodium.Methods 111 cases of pediatric bronchopneumonia from April 2017 to September 2019,They were randomly divided into control group(n=56)and observation group(n=55).The control group was treated with sulbactam sodium,the observation group was treated with azithromycin lactate combined with cefuroxime sodium.Compared the clinical efficacy and white blood cell value,body temperature and symptom disappearance time of the two groups before and after medication.Results After treatment,The total effective rate of the children in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the white blood cells and body temperature were lower than those of the control group,the lung rales disappeared,the end time of body temperature rise,the end time of cough and treatment were shorter than those of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bronchopneumonia with azithromycin lactate combined with cefuroxime sodium can effectively reduce the risk of infection,shortening the duration of symptoms,raising the cure rate.It is of great significance to promote the healthy development of children.
