摘　　要：目的探讨Straub Rotarex系统在下肢动脉缺血性疾病的临床应用。方法选取2017年1月至2019年5月佛山市第一人民医院收治的55例下肢动脉缺血性患者的临床资料,数字减影血管造影观察行血栓旋切术后即刻的临床疗效,随访观察术后1年的支架通畅率。结果55例患者手术成功率100%;47例使用导管接触性溶栓,40例球囊扩张术或支架成形术;术后1年支架通畅率为78.3%。结论Straub Rotarex系统通过祛除血管内物质达到血管减容的治疗效果,对下肢动脉缺血性病变得到安全有效的处理,提高通畅率。Objective To investigate the clinical application of Straub Rotarex system in lower limb arterial ischemia disease.Method The data of 55 patients with lower limb arterial ischemia admitted to the First People’s Hospital of Foshan from January 2017 to May 2019 were selected and underwent digital subtraction angiography to observe the clinical efficacy immediately after thrombectomy,and the stent patency rate of 1 year after operation was observed.Result The success rate of 55 patients was 100%;47 cases were treated with catheter-directed thrombolysis and 40 cases underwent balloon dilatation or stenting the stent patency rate was 78.3%one year after operation.Conclusion Straub Rotarex system can achieve the effect of vascular volume reduction by removing vascular substances.It can safely and effectively deal with arterial ischemic lesions of lower limbs and improve the opening rate.
