摘　　要：目的:建立规范化全医嘱审核培训体系,提升药师全医嘱审核服务质量,促进临床合理用药。方法:运用态势分析法(SWOT),制定全医嘱审核药师培训工作策略,建立三阶梯分层次由简入难的全医嘱审核药师培训考核模式。结果:全医嘱审核药师培训形成制式流程,各层次全医嘱审核药师人数增长明显,医嘱审核服务能力提升明显,其中不合理医嘱较去年同期降低8%,干预率提升46.05%,干预成功率增长33.33%,科室对药师全医嘱审核满意度提升22.41%。结论:通过创建全医嘱审核培训体系,提升了我院药师医嘱审核专业技术水平,保障了患者安全合理用药,推动了高质量药师队伍建设与发展。OBJECTIVE To establish a standardized training system for full physician order review,improve the quality of full physician order review service for pharmacists and promote rational drug use in clinical practices.METHODS Situation analysis method(SWOT)was employed for formulating a training strategy for pharmacists regarding full physician order review and establish and optimize a three-tiered framework of pharmacist training and evaluation model.RESULTS The system of formal pharmacist training for full medical order auditing has formed a standardized process.The number of pharmacists for full medical order auditing at all levels has increased significantly and the proficiency of medical order auditing services has improved significantly.Among them,unreasonable medical orders declined by 8%,intervention rate spiked by 46.05%and the success rate of intervention increased by 33.33%.Departmental satisfaction with pharmacist's full medical order review rose by 22.41%.CONCLUSION Through perfecting a full physician order audit training system,the professional and technical levels of pharmacist physician order review at our hospital have improved,patient safety and rational use of medicines have been ensured and the construction and development of high-quality pharmacist teams have been promoted.
