体医融合:操作层面的困境与出路

摘　　要：目前,“体医融合”已被作为一项健康促进国策写入《“健康中国2030”规划纲要》,但操作层面的行动却十分缓慢,而这又与临床医生们缺乏积极的态度和行动有关。文章基于临床医生视角,从体制机制、观念理念、利益冲突、能力精力、人文精神等方面分析了“体医融合”在操作层面上的困境及其临床医生“不作为”和“难作为”的原因,在对现实问题进行反思的基础上,提出了解决问题的方式、方法和政策建议。At present,the integration of sports and medicine has been written into the Healthy China 2030 Planning Outline as a national policy for health promotion,but actions at the operational level are very lagged off,which is related to the lack of positive attitudes and actions of clinicians.Based on the perspective of clinicians,the article analyzes the difficulties in the operation of sports-medicine integration and the causes of clinicians’taking no actions or hard to take actions,from the aspects of system mechanism,concepts and ideas,conflicts of interest,ability and energy,humanistic spirit,etc.On the basis of reflecting on real problems,this paper puts forward the ways,methods and policy recommendations to solve the problems.
