新疆伊犁州农业生态效率时空差异探究——基于超效率非期望SBM模型和Malmquist指数  被引量:10

摘  要:以新疆伊犁哈萨克自治州24个县市为研究区,运用超效率非期望SBM模型和Malmquist指数探讨2004—2017年伊犁州农业生态效率时空差异.结果表明,伊犁州农业生态效率总体在时间上呈波动平缓下降趋势;24县市农业生态效率在空间上呈现出明显的异质性,2004—2017年效率低值区向伊犁州东北和西南方向扩张,逐渐演化为高值区零星分布,低值区聚集于伊犁州中部和东北部.各县市农业生态效率水平较低,仅伊宁市、伊宁县、霍城县、新源县、昭苏县、沙湾县农业生态效率平均水平达到有效;伊犁州农业生态效率在2005—2010年、2011—2017年分别受纯技术效率和规模效率影响.伊犁州全要素生产率指数整体呈正增长;全要素生产率指数增长幅度较高的县市有和布克赛尔县、伊宁市、沙湾县、吉木乃县,增长幅度较低的县市有哈巴河县、福海县、奎屯市、尼勒克县;技术进步指数推进伊犁州全要素生产率增长,而综合技术效率指数抑制其增长,主要原因是伊犁州规模效率指数增长较低.Taking 24 counties and cities in Yili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture,Xinjiang as research areas,the super efficiency undesirable-SBM model and Malmquist index were used to explore the spatial and temporal differences of agricultural ecological efficiency in Yili Prefecture from 2004 to 2017.The results show that the overall agricultural ecological efficiency of the whole state showed a gradual downward trend in time.The agricultural ecological efficiency of 24 counties and cities showed obvious heterogeneity in space.From 2004 to 2017,the low-efficiency area expanded to the northeast and southwest of Yili Prefecture that gradually evolved into a sporadic distribution of high-value areas and the low-value areas are concentrated in the central and northeastern parts of Yili Prefecture.The average level of overall agricultural ecological efficiency in 24 counties and cities is low,and only the average level of agricultural ecological efficiency in Yining City,Yining County,Huocheng County,Xinyuan County,Zhaosu County and Shawan County has been effective.The agricultural ecological efficiency of Yili Prefecture was affected by pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency from 2005 to 2010 and from 2011 to 2017,respectively.Yili Prefecture's total factor productivity index showed a positive overall increase.The counties and cities with a higher total factor production increase include Hebuxel County,Yining City,Shawan County,and Jimunai County.The counties and cities with a lower increase include Habahe County,Fuhai County,Kuitun City,Nigeria Luke County.Technological change improvement index promotes the growth of total factor productivity in Yili Prefecture,while the comprehensive technical efficiency index restrains its growth,the main reason is that the scale efficiency index of Yili Prefecture has a low growth.
