摘 要:酸化缓蚀剂可有效减缓酸液对金属材料腐蚀,在油田酸化措施中应用普遍。纯梁油田储层条件复杂,油水井酸化措施需求量大,酸化缓蚀剂的性能优劣、使用条件、地层适应性等直接影响到储层酸化的增产、增注效果。通过室内实验对纯梁油田现场用曼尼希碱缓蚀剂进行评价,探讨不同温度、不同缓蚀剂质量分数以及不同酸液类型和酸液浓度、添加剂种类等条件下酸化液对金属腐蚀。结果表明,不同酸液浓度需要最经济浓度的缓蚀剂配套,深井、超深井储层高温对缓蚀剂性能影响较大,残酸能否有效返排影响井下工具的有效使用。Acidizing inhibitor can mitigate the corrosion of metal materials caused by acid fluid effectively and thus has been widely used in acidification material at oilfield.The reservoir conditions at Chunliang Oilfield are complex, the demand of acidification material for oil-water wells is large, and therefore the properties and application conditions of acidizing inhibitor as well as its adaptability to formation affects the production increase and augmented injection of reservoir acidification directly. The Mannich base inhibitor used in the field of Chunliang Oilfield was evaluated in a laboratory experiment, and the corrosion of metals caused by acidizing liquid at the conditions of different temperature, different inhibitor concentration, different acid fluid, different acid fluid concentration, different additive, etc. were investigated. The results of study have shown that inhibitor of optimum concentration has to be provided for different acid fluid concentration, that the high temperature at deep well or ultra deep well reservoir affects the properties of inhibitor greatly, and that whether the residual acid can flow back effectively affects the effective use of downhole tools.
