摘 要:采用回流法制备H_(4)GeW_(12)O_(40)/TiO_(2)催化剂。以环己酮和乙二醇为原料,H_(4)GeW_(12)O_(40)/TiO_(2)作催化剂催化合成环己酮乙二醇缩酮,利用正交试验法研究了各因素对产物收率的影响。结果表明,在n(环己酮)∶n(乙二醇)=1∶1.3,催化剂用量为反应物料总质量的0.8%,带水剂环己烷10 mL,反应时间60 min的条件下,环己酮乙二醇缩酮的收率可达86.4%。H_(4)GeW_(12)O_(40)/TiO_(2) catalyst was prepared by reflow method. Cyclohexanone ethylene ketal was synthesized catalytically with cyclohexanone and ethylene glycol as the materials and H_(4)GeW_(12)O_(40)/TiO_(2) as the catalyst, and the effect of each of all factors on the yield of product was studied by orthogonal experiment method. The results of study have shown that the yield of cyclohexanone ethylene ketal reaches 86.4% at the conditions that n(cyclohexanone) : n(ethylene glycol) = 1 : 1.3, catalyst amount used accounts for 0.8% of the total mass of reactants, the volume of cyclohexane, a water carrying agent, is 10 mL, and the reaction time is 60 min.
