摘 要:为解决接杆钻床加工中心上下料过程中存在的人工工作量大且效率低的问题,设计了一种接杆自动上下料装置。通过SolidWorks建立装置三维模型,完成上下料装置的结构设计,根据设计要求完成驱动气缸的选型及齿槽齿形、连杆机构的结构设计。运用Adams软件对装置进行运动学仿真,得到其水平输送机构的位移、速度及加速度信息,结果表明:此装置运行平稳可靠,且符合设计要求。再通过现场运行测试,对实物样机进行为期两周的调试和改进,结果同样表明此装置满足设计要求,可正常稳定运行,从而进一步验证了此设计的合理性和运行的可靠性。该装置结构设计可为类似产品设计提供参考。In order to solve the problems of heavy workload and low efficiency of manual work existing in the process of loading and unloading in the drilling machine center for extension rod,an automatic loading and unloading device for extension rod was designed.Through SolidWorks,the three-dimensional model of the device was established,completing the structure layout of the loading and unloading device,and the selection of the driving cylinder and the structure design of the cogging and linkage mechanism were fulfilled in accordance with the design requirements.Furthermore,the kinematics simulation of device was performed by software Adams,obtaining the displacement,velocity,and acceleration of the horizontal conveying mechanism.The result proved that the device runs steadily and reliably,meeting the design requirements.Finally,by testing and adjusting the physical prototype on the site for two weeks,the result also showed that the device meets the design requirements and works normally and stably,and the correctness and accuracy of this design is further verified.The design of the device can provide a reference for similar product designs.
