摘　　要：目的:探讨思维导图在急性胰腺炎患者健康教育中的应用及对健康教育的效果。方法:选取2016年10月至2017年10月绵阳市中心医院治疗的急性胰腺炎患者98例,随机分为试验组和对照组,各49例。通过设计针对急性胰腺炎患者健康教育的思维导图,入院后对试验组予以宣教,同时对照组予以传统健康教育方式。宣教前后两组对急性胰腺炎相关知识掌握情况、宣教后两组的SF-36量表评分情况及出院后康复依从性情况进行对比分析,评价两组健康教育效果。结果:健康教育后试验组在急性胰腺炎疾病知识和自我保健知识方面的知晓率和掌握率均优于对照组;健康教育14 d后试验组在SF-36量表评分中均高于对照组;出院后1个月试验组在康复依从性评分方面优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:思维导图是一种有效的图形思维健康教育模式,有助于提高患者对急性胰腺炎的认识,促进患者康复。Objective To explore the application and effect of mind mapping in health education for patients with acute pancreatitis.Methods A total of 98 patients with acute pancreatitis treated in Central Hospital of Mianyang City from October 2016 to October 2017 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,49 patients in each group.By designing the mind map of health education for patients with acute pancreatitis,the experimental group was given education after admission,while the control group was given traditional health education.Before and after the publicity and education,the two groups'knowledge of acute pancreatitis,the score of SF-36 scale and the rehabilitation compliance after discharge were compared and analyzed to evaluate the effect of health education between the two groups.Results After health education,the awareness rate and mastery rate of acute pancreatitis disease knowledge and self-care knowledge in the experimental group were better than those in the control group.After 14 days of health education,the scores of SF-36 in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group.One month after discharge,the experimental group was superior to the control group in terms of rehabilitation compliance score,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Mind mapping is an effective mode of graphic thinking health education,which is helpful to improve patients'understanding of acute pancreatitis and promote patients'recovery.
