摘　　要：本文借鉴工程进度管理“香蕉曲线”的管理方法,构建目标供电成本曲线,并将该目标供电成本曲线与实际成本开支曲线、业务进度曲线进行对比,对电网企业成本费用开展预算执行监控研究。This article draws on the management method of the"banana curve"of project schedule management,constructs a target power supply cost curve,and compares the target power supply cost curve with the actual cost expenditure curve and business progress curve,and conducts budget execution monitoring research on the cost of power grid companies.
