摘　　要：安全是企业管理过程中最重要的一项工作,铁路既有线项目施工中,各种安全事故频发,安全生产责任达标考核不合格,存在诸多安全管控问题,对项目施工生产造成了干扰。问题在现场、原因在管理。对于所发生的各种安全事故,需要认真分析明确安全管理工作中所存在的问题,并提出相应的安全防控措施。本论文着重于研究铁路既有线施工安全管理存在问题及对策。Safety is the most important task in the enterprise management process.During the construction of existing railway lines,various safety accidents frequently occur,and the safety production responsibility standard assessment is unqualified.There are many safety management and control problems,which cause interference to the construction and production of the project.The problem is on the spot and the cause is under management.For the various safety accidents that have occurred,it is necessary to carefully analyze and clarify the problems in the safety management work,and propose corresponding safety prevention and control measures.This thesis focuses on the problems and countermeasures in the safety management of the existing railway line construction.
