摘　　要：在水利工程建设中,不可避免的会遇到移民搬迁问题,搬迁移民能否安置好不仅影响到搬迁移民的切身利益,也影响到工程能否顺利进行。本文将以里下河川东港工程搬迁安置规划为例,从工程影响实物量、规划搬迁安置人口、搬迁安置方案、补偿标准等角度探讨在移民搬迁安置规划中的主要工作要点。In the construction of the water conservancy project,there will inevitably be problems of migrant relocation and settlement,whether the relocated people can be resettled well not only affects the immediate interests of the relocated people,but also affects whether the project can be carried out smoothly.This article will take the migrant relocation and settlement planning of Chuandonggang of Lixia River Project relocation as an example,this paper probes into the main points of work in the resettlement planning from the aspects of the physical quantity affected by the project,the planning of the relocation and resettlement population,the relocation and resettlement program,and the compensation standard.
