摘　　要：目的:探讨"SPD一体化供应和配送"模式在病区医用耗材管理中的应用效果。方法:运用"SPD一体化供应和配送"模式对病区医用耗材进行管理,比较应用前后病区年申领医用耗材频次、护士平均每日清点医用耗材时间及病区医用耗材年耗损费用。结果:运用"SPD一体化供应和配送"模式后,病区年申领医用耗材频次降低、护士平均每日清点医用耗材时间降低、病区医用耗材年耗损费用降低,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论:"SPD一体化供应和配送"模式可优化医用耗材流通、使用、管理等环节,提高护理人员工作效率,节省护理人员时间,降低耗材损耗。Objective:To explore the application effect of“SPD integrated medical supply and distribution”mode in the manage⁃ment of ward medical consumables.Methods:The“SPD integrated medical supply and distribution”mode was used to manage the con⁃sumables in the ward.The annual application frequency,the average daily counting time of nurses and the annual consumption cost of consumables were compared before and after the application.Results:After the application of“SPD integrated medical supply and dis⁃tribution”mode,the annual application frequency of consumables in the ward was reduced,the average daily inventory time of nurses and the annual consumption cost of consumables in ward were reduced,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.01).Conclusions:“SPD integrated medical supply and distribution”mode can optimize the circulation,use and management of consum⁃ables,improve the working efficiency of nursing staff,save nursing staff time and reduce the consumption of medical consumables.
