摘  要:蒸压釜具有容积大且能量强等特点,广泛用于化工、医药和军工行业中,一旦发生事故造成危害较大,因此需要定期对蒸压釜进行无损检测。设计了ACFM传感器及检测系统,开展了检测蒸压釜人工缺陷的系统试验,研究检测参数对ACFM检测信号的影响。结果表明:传感器灵敏度随激励电压的增大单调递增;当匝数大于180匝时,灵敏度随匝数的增加而单调递减;检测灵敏度随频率增大单调递增,当频率大于5 kHz时灵敏度有所下降。在最佳检测参数下,ACFM传感器可检测尺寸为(长×宽×深)2 mm×0.13 mm×0.3 mm的釜齿缺陷。随缺陷尺寸的增加,检测信号幅值也会随之增大,但检测信号对缺陷深度的变化更加敏感,该方法与系统为蒸压釜釜齿裂纹检测提供了技术支撑。The autoclaves have the characteristics of large volume and strong energy, which were widely used in the chemical, pharmaceutical and military industries. Once an accident occurs, the great harm was caused. Therefore, the autoclaves need to be regularly subjected to nondestructive testing. ACFM sensor and detection system were designed, and the systematic tests for detecting artificial defects in autoclaves were carried out to study the influence of detection parameters on the ACFM detection signals. The results show that the sensitivity of the sensor increases monotonically with the increase of the excitation voltage. When the number of turns is greater than 180, the sensitivity decreases monotonically with the increase of the number of turns. The detection sensitivity increases monotonically with the increase of frequency, and the detection sensitivity decreases when the frequency is greater than 5 k Hz. Under the best detection parameters, the ACFM sensor can detect kettle tooth defects with a size(length × width × depth) of 2 mm × 0.13 mm × 0.3 mm. As the size of the defect increases, the amplitude of the detection signal increases, but the detection signal is more sensitive to the change of defect depth. The method and system provide technical support for the crack detection of autoclaved kettle teeth.
