摘  要:试验旨在利用康奈尔净碳水化合物-蛋白质体系(CNCPS)评价菏泽农区青山羊常用各类粗饲料营养价值。分别于菏泽所辖的9个县区,采集粗饲料3类9种36份进行分析评定。结果显示:全株玉米青贮饲料不可利用蛋白质、不可利用纤维素含量均较低,非结构性碳水化合物及粗蛋白质含量较高,营养价值高于氨化玉米秸秆;大豆秸秆不可利用蛋白质、不可利用纤维素含量均较高,小麦秸的粗蛋白质、非结构性碳水化合物含量低,二者营养价值较差,营养价值低于地瓜秧、花生秧及玉米秸秆;苜蓿干草的粗蛋白、非结构性碳水化合物含量高,可作为一种优质的粗饲料利用,营养价值优于羊草。结果表明,CNCPS体系测定指标较多,能够真实准确地反映饲料的营养价值及特性,其分析结果更具参考价值。The purpose of the experiment was to use Cornell Net Carbohydrate-Protein System(CNCPS)to evaluate the nutritional value of various roughages commonly used for Green goats in Heze agricultural area.In nine counties and districts under the jurisdiction of Heze,36 samples of nine kinds of coarse fodder were collected for analysis and evaluation.The results showed that the content of unusable protein and unusable cellulose of whole plant corn silage was low,and the content of non-structural carbohydrates and crude protein was higher,and the nutritional value was higher than that of ammoniated corn stalk;soybean stalks were unusable and unusable.The cellulose content was high,the crude protein content and non-structural carbohydrate content of wheat straw were low,and the nutritional value of soybean stalk and wheat straw was poor,and the nutritional value was lower than that of sweet potato seedlings,peanut seedlings and corn stalks;the crude protein content and non-structural carbohydrate content of alfalfa hay were high,so that the alfalfa hay can be used as a kind of high-quality roughage with better nutritional value than Leymus chinensis.The results show that the CNCPS system had many measurement indicators,which could truly and accurately reflect the nutritional value and characteristics of the feed,and its analysis results had more reference value.
