摘　　要：为探究南疆阿克苏地区养猪产业是否存在由巴氏杆菌引起的呼吸系统疾病,试验从该地区阿克苏宏盛牧业养殖场中以高热、腹泻、呼吸困难和皮肤发绀为临床症状的患病仔猪身上采集样品,进行细菌分离培养,通过菌落形态观察、16S rRNA基因测序对分离的菌株进行鉴定。序列结果显示,获得1株巴氏杆菌。To investigate whether there are respiratory diseases caused by Pasteurella in the pig industry in Aksu,southern Xinjiang,the experiment collected samples from sick piglets with clinical symptoms of high fever,diarrhea,dyspnea,and skin cyanosis in a farm in the area.Isolation and culture were performed,and the isolated strains were identified through observation of colony morphology and 16S rRNA gene sequencing.The sequence results showed that one strain of Pasteurella was obtained.
