环境新闻报道促进农村居民垃圾分类了嘛?——基于豫、鄂、皖三省调研数据的实证研究

摘　　要：立足豫、鄂、皖三省1026份农户调研数据,运用二元Probit模型,实证探讨环境新闻报道对农村居民垃圾分类影响。研究表明:环境新闻报道显著提升农村居民垃圾分类参与率,且农民环境新闻关注频率增加可进一步强化环境新闻报道影响效应;环境新闻报道驱动农村居民垃圾分类主要通过增加农民社会舆论压力、塑造农民环保价值观以及提升农民环境风险感知水平途径展开,而通过改善农民环保知识技能驱动农村居民垃圾分类效果有限;农民个体特征和面临情境因素诱发环境新闻报道作用农村居民垃圾分类异质性,对于女性、青年、老人、高学历、党员、村干部以及所在村垃圾分类设施完备和标识清晰的农民,环境新闻报道的影响更突出。This research empirically explored the impact of environmental news on rural residents′garbage classification with Binary Probit Mode based on 1026 survey data of rural residents.The result shows:Environmental news reports played an active role in the garbage classification of rural residents,and significantly increased the participation rate of rural residents′garbage classification.While increasing frequency of farmers′environmental news attention furtherly strengthened the impact of environmental news reports on farmers′garbage classification.Environmental news reports promoted the rural residents′garbage classification mainly through increasing the pressure of farmers′public opinion,shaping farmers′environmental values and improving farmers′perception of environmental risks.Environmental news reports had a limited role in improving farmers′environmental protection knowledge and skills to promote farmers′garbage classification.Farmers′individual characteristics and situational factors induced the heterogeneity of environmental news reporting affecting rural residents′garbage classification.Environmental news reports had more prominent impact on women,youth,the elderly,highly educated farmer,party members and village cadres,as well as the farmers who′s village′garbage sorting facilities are complete and garbage classification mark is clear.
