摘 要:目的了解宁夏回族自治区银川市淡色库蚊和吴忠市、中卫市以及固原市家蝇对常用卫生杀虫剂的抗药性状况。方法采用浸渍法测定淡色库蚊幼虫现场种群的半数致死浓度(LC50),采用微量点滴法测定家蝇成虫对杀虫剂的半数致死浓度(LD50)。结果双硫磷和吡丙醚对银川市淡色库蚊幼虫LC50值分别为0.0012和0.5632 mg/L,淡色库蚊幼虫对两个药剂的抗性倍数分别为1.09、1.16。高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯和毒死蜱3种杀虫剂对吴忠、中卫和固原3个市家蝇成虫的平均LD50值分别为0.0707、0.0364和0.0490μg/只,家蝇成虫对3个药剂的抗性倍数分别为23.02、57.83和0.61倍。结论银川市淡色库蚊幼虫对双硫磷和吡丙醚仍处于敏感水平。吴忠、中卫和固原3个市家蝇成虫对毒死蜱敏感,对高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯产生了抗药性。Objective To investigate the insecticide resistance of Culex pipiens pallens larvae from Yinchuan and Musca domestica adults from Wuzhong,Zhongwei and Guyuan in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.Methods Immersion method of insecticide was used to determine the medium lethal concentration(LC50)for the field population of Cx.pipiens pallens larva(LD50),and the topical application method was used to determine the median lethal dose of M.domestica.Results The LC50 s of temephos and pyriproxyfen were 0.0012 and 0.5632 mg/L to Culex pipiens pallens in Yinchuan,showing 1.09 and 1.16 folds resistance developed by Culex pipiens pallens larvae to the two insecticides.The average LD50 s of beta-cypermethrin,deltamethrin and chlorpyrifos were 0.0707,0.0364 and 0.0490μg/♀to Musca domestica adults in Wuzhong,Zhongwei and Guyuan,showing 23.02,57.83 and 0.61 folds resistance developed by Musca domestica adults to the three insecticides.Conclusion The results showed that Cx.pipiens pallens larvae in Yinchuan were susceptible to temephos and pyriproxyfen.Musca domestica adults in Wuzhong,Zhongwei and Guyuan were susceptible to chlorpyrifos,but developed resistance to betacypermethrin,deltamethrin.
