摘 要:目的了解北京市城区不同生境白纹伊蚊刺叮周环规律,降低居民户外活动过程中被蚊虫叮咬的几率。方法选择人群密集区域的公园、居民区和医疗机构3种环境类型,利用人诱停落法对3种不同生境的白纹伊蚊停落指数进行观察。结果2018年北京城区白纹伊蚊年均停落指数为0.17只/(人·min)。3种生境中,居民区和医疗机构在9月中旬停落指数最高,分别为0.43和0.31只/(人·min),公园在7月下旬停落指数最高,为1.17只/(人·min)。居民区和医疗机构的晨峰出现在05:00,停落指数分别是0.22和0.17只/(人·min),公园的晨峰出现在08:00,停落指数为0.52只/(人·min)。3种生境在17:00达到全日最高峰,居民区、医疗机构和公园3种峰值分别为0.38、0.28和0.60只/(人·min)。医疗机构、居民区以及公园的24 h停落指数比为1∶1.20∶2.20。结论北京市城区不同生境中白纹伊蚊刺叮周环活动节律基本一致,呈现双峰型,分别是晨、昏高峰,昏峰高于晨峰。在刺叮高峰时,人们应减少在公园等地活动,如果外出必须做好个人防护。Objective To understand the regularity of the biting cycles of Aedes albopictus in Beijing City,and reduce the probability of mosquito biting during outdoor activities.Methods Aedes albopictus was investigated in densely populated areas by human-baited landing method in three kinds of habitat,including parks,residential areas and hospitals.Results In 2018,the average annual landing index of Aedes albopictus in Beijing City was 0.17 insects/(person·min).Among the three habitats,residential areas and medical institutions had the highest landing index in mid-September with 0.43 and 0.31 insects/(person·min)respectively,and parks had the highest landing index in late July with 1.17 insects/(person·min).The morning peaks in residential areas and medical institutions appeared at 05∶00,with the landing index of 0.22 and 0.17 insects/(person·min)respectively,while the peak in parks was at 08:00 with the index of 0.52 insects/(person·min).The day peaks were at 17∶00,with the index of 0.38,0.28 insects/(person·min)and 0.60 insects/(person·min)respectively in residential areas,medical institutions and parks.The 24-hour landing index ratio in medical institutions,residential areas and parks was as 1∶1.20∶2.20.Conclusion The activity rhythm of the biting cycles of Aedes albopictus in different habitats in Beijing City was nearly the same,showing a bimodal pattern for morning and dusk peaks respectively.People should avoid staying in parks in the mosquito biting peak,or protect themselves well when going out.
