推进青岛市新产业、新业态、新模式发展壮大的对策研究

摘　　要：以新产业、新业态、新模式为核心内容的新经济是蓬勃发展的新生力量。近年来青岛市新产业、新业态、新模式经济加快成长,现代优势产业集群加快培育、新要素加快汇聚、新机制加快形成。但与先进城市比较还存在的一定差距。建议通过加快建立新产业、新业态、新模式经济发展的顶格设计、协调推进机制,细化新产业、新业态、新模式经济发展的“计划清单”等措施,将青岛打造成为具有国际影响力、国内领先的新经济发展高地。The new economy with new industries,new formats,and new models as its core contents is a new force for economic development.In recent years,Qingdao′s new industries,new formats and new modes of economy have accelerated their growth.The cultivation of modern advantageous industrial clusters,the convergence of new elements and the formation of new mechanisms have accelerated.However,compared with other advanced cities,Qingdao still has a certain gap in economic development.It is suggested to step up institutional building of senior design,coordination and promotion for the new economy,as well as refine the“plan list”of the new economy with its core contents of new industries,new formats and new models,which will build Qingdao into a new economic development highland with international influence and leading position in China.
