摘 要:为研究CO_(2)浓度倍增和增温处理对冬小麦气孔特征的影响,利用3个可精准控制CO_(2)浓度和温度的人工气候箱设置对照(CO_(2)浓度为400μmol/mol,温度为21℃/16℃)、CO_(2)浓度倍增(CO_(2)浓度为800μmol/mol,温度为21℃/16℃)、增温(CO_(2)浓度为400μmol/mol,温度为26℃/21℃)。研究结果表明:CO_(2)浓度增加和增温处理均导致冬小麦近轴面和远轴面的气孔密度显著增加(P<0.05),其中远轴面的增加幅度比近轴面更为突出。CO_(2)浓度升高使近轴面气孔长度、宽度、周长和面积显著减小8.6%、18.2%、9.4%和29.4%(P<0.05),但没有显著改变远轴面的气孔特征参数(P>0.05)。温度升高使冬小麦的气孔宽度,面积和形状指数在近轴面显著上升(P<0.05),但在远轴面变化并不明显(P>0.05)。增温和增CO_(2)处理导致冬小麦叶片远轴面气孔的空间规则分布尺度减小,而对近轴面影响不大。In order to study the effects of doubled CO_(2)concentration and warming treatment on stomatal characteristics of winter wheat,three climate chambers with precise control of CO_(2)concentration and temperature were used to set control(CO_(2)concentration was 400μmol/mol,temperature was 21℃/16℃),doubled CO_(2)concentration(CO_(2)concentration was 800μmol/mol,temperature was 21℃/16℃),warming(CO_(2)concentration was 400μmol/mol,temperature was 26℃/21℃).The results showed that the stomatal density of the adaxial and abaxial surfaces of winter wheat increased significantly with the increase of CO_(2)concentration and temperature(P<0.05),and the increase of the abaxial surface was more prominent than that of the adaxial surface.The stomatal length,stomatal width,stomatal perimeter and stomatal area of the adaxial side were substantially decreased by 8.6%,18.2%,9.4%and 29.4%under the high CO_(2)concentration(P<0.05),whereas the stomatal traits of the abaxial side were barely affected(P>0.05).The stomatal width,area and shape index of winter wheat increased significantly in the adaxial plane with the increase of temperature(P<0.05),but did not change significantly in the abaxial plane(P>0.05).Increasing temperature and CO_(2)treatment reduced the spatial regular distribution scale of stomata on the abaxial surface of wheat leaves,but had little effect on the adaxial surface.
