摘　　要：在全面深化改革的大背景下,以国内大型多院区公立医院为主要对象,运用SWOT分析法对新形势下其发展态势进行全面剖析,科学制定大型公立医院多院区协同发展策略,旨在解决多院区运营管理面临的重点难点,为促进大型公立医院可持续发展提供借鉴。Under the background of comprehensively deepening reforms,with domestic large multi-district public hospitals as the main target,SWOT analysis is used to comprehensively analyze its development trend under the new situation,and scientifically formulate large public hospitals'multi-district coordinated development strategy.Solve the key difficulties faced by the operation and management of multi-district hospitals,and provide a reference for promoting the sustainable development of large public hospitals.
