托管模式下北京市某紧密型医联体职工满意度调查研究

摘　　要：目的:调研北京市某紧密型医联体实施前后核心医院及被托管医院职工对工作的评价及感受,为更好制定医联体可持续发展策略提供参考。方法:以该医联体核心医院和2所被托管医院职工为调查对象,自行设计问卷进行调查。调查对象包括核心院区直接参与医联体工作的人员201人和2所被托管医院的全部职工(分别为180人和110人)。结果:调查对象对医联体建设工作总体评价得分4.014分,满意度较高。对医联体所开展各项具体工作满意度评价得分均在3.87分以上,满意度高;托管时间越长,满意度越高。结论:托管模式下紧密型医联体的建设效果值得肯定。从可持续发展角度,还需配套财政补偿和双向转诊标准,规范医联体内部绩效激励和考核政策等,以确保医联体的健康可持续发展。Objective:To investigate the work evaluation and feelings of the core hospitals and hospitals under the care of a close medical cluster in Beijing before and after the implementation,so as to provide a reference for better formulating the sustainable development strategy of the medical cluster.Methods:Taking the staff of the core hospital of the medical cluster and the 2 managed hospitals as the survey subjects,a questionnaire was designed to conduct the survey.The subjects of the survey included 201 people directly involved in the work of the medical cluster in the core hospital area and all employees of the 2 managed hospitals(180 and 110 respectively).Results:The survey respondents had an overall evaluation score of 4.014 points for the construction of the medical cluster,and their satisfaction was high.The satisfaction evaluation scores of various specific tasks carried out by the medical cluster are all above 3.87 points,which is a high degree of satisfaction;the longer the trusteeship time,the higher the satisfaction.Conclusion:The construction effect of the close medical cluster under the trusteeship model is worthy of recognition.From the perspective of sustainable development,it is also necessary to support financial compensation and two-way referral standards,and standardize the internal performance incentives and evaluation policies of the medical cluster to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of the medical cluster.
