摘　　要：笔者结合在新冠肺炎防控管理中应用PDCA模式(计划、执行、检查、行动)进行管理的方式,介绍了综合医院儿科规范化管理措施,从制度流程、人员管理、门急诊及住院的管控、物资管理、消毒隔离、健康教育等方面做好新冠肺炎疫情期间儿科门急诊及病房的管理策略,并进行阶段性的总结,通过PDCA模式循环管理,取得了显著成效。Combining the application of the PDCA model(plan,execution,inspection,action)in the management of COVID-19 prevention and control,the author introduces standardized management measures for pediatrics in general hospitals,from system processes,personnel management,outpatient and emergency and hospitalization management,material management,and disinfection and isolation.In terms of health education and other aspects,the management strategy of the pediatric outpatient and emergency department and the ward during the new crown pneumonia epidemic was carried out,and staged summary was carried out.Through the PDCA model cycle management,remarkable results have been achieved.
