媒体监督下逆向供应链运营的演化博弈研究

摘　　要：逆向供应链的实施可以实现经济与生态环境的和谐发展,是回收企业履行社会责任的有效途径,政府监管和媒体监督可以促进逆向供应链的高效实施。在考虑媒体报道可信度和社会效益的情况下,建立政府与回收企业的演化博弈模型,分析不同情况下双方演化稳定策略的变化,并进一步分析媒体报道可信度的高低对双方策略选择的影响。研究结果表明:加大政府补贴和惩罚力度在一定程度上提高了回收企业的积极性,社会效益的损失会增加政府监管的概率;较高的媒体报道可信度能提高回收企业实施逆向供应链的积极性,但一定程度上会减弱政府对回收企业的监管力度,反之,媒体报道可信度较低时,回收企业消极行为会造成社会效益的损失,从而促使政府监管。The implementation of the reverse supply chain can achieve the harmonious development of economy and ecological environment,which is an effective way for recycling enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities.Government supervision and media supervision can ensure the effective implementation of reverse supply chain.Taking into account the credibility of media reports and social benefits,this article constructs an evolutionary game model between the government and the enterprises to analyze the changes in the evolutionary stability strategies of the two parties under different situations,and further analyzes the impact of the credibility of media reports on the strategy choice of both sides.The research results show that increasing government subsidies and penalties has increased the enthusiasm of recycling enterprises to a certain extent,and the loss of social benefits will increase the probability of government supervision.Higher credibility of media reports encourages recycling enterprises to actively implement reverse supply chain strategies.But to a certain extent,it will weaken government supervision on recycling enterprises.On the contrary,when the credibility of media reports is low,the negative behaviors of recycling enterprises will lead to the loss of social benefits,which prompts government supervision.
