摘 要:水轮机组甩负荷时,经历制动工况及水泵工况,并在导叶开度为0时,出现最大的反向水推力。此外对吸出高度为负且Hs较大的水电站,反向水锤也会引起较大的冲击力,两者都形成机组的抬机力。由水泵工况引起的抬机力计算,目前尚无精确算法。该文以山口水电站为例,求解过渡过程的内特性法进行动态模拟,发现可以选择合适的关闭规律,有效抑制抬机力。The maximum reverse water thrust occurs when the opening of guide vane is 0.In addition,for the hydropower station with negative suction height and large|Hs|,the reverse water hammer will also cause larger impact force,both of which will form the lifting force of the unit.At present,there is no accurate algorithm to calculate the lifting force caused by pump condition.In this paper,the internal characteristic method for solving the transient process is used for dynamic simulation,and it is found that the appropriate closing law can be selected to effectively restrain the lifting force,taking Shankou hydropower station as an example.
