装配式陶粒生态围挡的制备及工程应用

摘　　要：城市区域内的施工工地为不影响人们的生活必须为施工工地进行围敝遮挡,保护施工工地及安全防护的作用。传统的围挡单调不绿色生态,不能重复利用,会产生大量的建筑垃圾。该文将生态围挡设计由不同类型的构件,采用拼装的方式进行组合,生态围墙的各构件主体由陶粒生态混凝土制作而成,装配式陶粒生态围挡的设计高度为2.5 m,抗风稳定性不低于0.950 kPa,生态围挡结构由主体结构、灌溉系统、(除尘系统)、照明系统组成,主体结构由墙体基座、种植墙体构件、立柱、顶盖拼装组合而成。通过选择鹅掌柴,金叶女贞和繁星花三类具有一定耐碱性能并且生命力较强的植物进行种植试验,通过6个月的观测,只需定时进行浇灌及补充营养,植物均能够正常生长发育。在工厂预制了生态围挡各构件并完成了植物种植后,运输至现声进行拼装的形式进行施工,应用效果表明围挡墙体长满各类植物,植物生长茂密,绿色生态。所制备的生态围挡可整体移除、搬运,实现生态围墙的循环使用,可节约成本,不产生建筑垃圾。In order not to affect people's lives,the construction site in the urban area must be enclosed and sheltered to protect the construction site and the role of safety protection.Traditional enclosures are monotonous and not ecological,cannot be reused,and generate a lot of construction waste.In this paper,the ecological enclosure design is composed of different types of components and assembled by assembly.The main components of the ecological enclosure are made of ceramsite ecological concrete.The design height of the prefabricated ceramsite ecological enclosure is 2.5m,and it is wind-resistant.The stability is not less than 0.950kPa.The ecological enclosure structure is composed of the main structure,irrigation system,(dust removal system),and lighting system.The main structure is assembled by the wall base,planting wall components,columns,and top cover.By choosing Schefflera,Ligustrum lucidum and Starflower three types of plants with certain alkali resistance and strong vitality for planting experiments,through 6 months of observation,only regular watering and supplementation of nutrients are required,and the plants can be normal Growth and development.After the components of the ecological enclosure are prefabricated in the factory and the plants are planted,they are transported to the sound for assembly for construction.The application effect shows that the enclosure wall is covered with various plants,and the plants grow densely and ecologically.The prepared ecological enclosure can be removed and transported as a whole,realizes the recycling of the ecological enclosure,can save costs,and does not generate construction waste.
