摘 要:为解决高铁40m简支箱梁运架难题,相对既有驮运分体式架桥机,本文创造性地提出了吊运分体式架桥机,该装备由吊运式运梁车和两跨分置式架桥机组成,通过采用吊装运梁的方式有效降低了运梁车整体高度,施工过程中只需对架桥机中、后支腿进行简单地拆解,即可实现高铁40 m及以下简支箱梁运梁过隧、进出隧道口架梁以及整机过隧转场等特殊施工需求。Compared with the existing pack-carrying separation type bridge erecting machine,the paper creatively puts forward the design scheme of the lifting separation type bridge erecting machine to solve the difficulty of transporting and erecting 40 m simply supported box girder of high-speed railway.The equipment is composed of the lifting beam carrier and the two span separated bridge erecting machine.By lifting the beam,the overall height of the beam carrier can be effectively reduced.During the construction,just simply dismantling the middle and rear legs of the bridge erector can realize the special construction requirements of the transport beam passing through the tunnel,beam erecting at the entrance and exit of the tunnel and the whole machine passing through the tunnel transfer site of the simply supported box girder below 40 m high-speed railway.
