摘　　要：本文主要从主体基础结构、粉料仓置顶结构、降低总装机容量、控制系统设计、外观设计、结构设计要求、安装要求等方面设计一款顶置式混凝土搅拌站。顶置式混凝土搅拌站适应了时代发展需求,遵循绿色、环保、智能、安全、节能、节地、高效的原则,充分考虑施工工况的特殊性和运输费用、混凝土质量、临时征地占地费用、水资源使用等问题,满足了在有限空间内建设混凝土搅拌站的需求,节约了生产成本,提高了生产效率,保护了生态环境,应用前景十分广阔。This paper mainly designs an overhead concrete mixing station from the main foundation structure,powder silo top structure,reducing the total installed capacity,control system design,appearance design,structural design requirements,installation requirements and other aspects.The overhead concrete mixing station meets the needs of the development of the times,follows the principles of green,environmental protection,intelligence,safety,energy saving,land saving and high efficiency,and fully considers the particularity of construction conditions and transportation costs,concrete quality,temporary land acquisition and land use,water resources utilization and other issues,so as to meet the needs of building concrete mixing stations in limited space and save production costs.It improves the production efficiency,protects the ecological environment,and has a broad application prospect.
