Objective To explore the clinical study of correlation between clinical symstoms and changes of chest CT image applying pulmonary rehabilitaion training at early stage in the COVID-19 patients. Methods This retrospective study included 40 COVID-19 patients selected by the first patch of Hebei supporting medical team at the Seventh Hospital of Wuhan from February 2 to March 14,2020.There were 22 patients in the observation group received pulmonary rehabilitation training, and 18 patients in the control group did not receive pulmonary rehabilitation training.Patients in both groups were given conventional antiviral treatments. The pattient′s modified British medical research council(mMRC)dyspnea score,1-week and 2-week chest CT visual score on image changes, and average hospital stay were evaluated. Results In the observation group, the mMRC dyspnea scores,1-week and 2-week lung CT visual score changes, and average hospital stay were improved or shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Applying pulmonary rehabilitaion training at early stage would improve the clinical symstoms and increase the chest CT iimage absorotion in the COVID-19 patients.
