摘 要:在对某兰炭厂污水进行水质分析的基础上,配制了苯酚水溶液作为模拟处理原料;采用吸附法,活性炭(AC)、钙基蒙脱土(MMT)、大孔树脂(XAD-4)3种吸附剂对苯酚水溶液进行等温吸附曲线测定及成本核算,筛选出了适宜的含酚废水吸附剂;对筛选出的AC吸附剂进行结构表征,实验结果表明,AC是适宜的模拟废水处理吸附剂,属介孔材料,比表面积达574 m^(2)/g、孔容为0.36 cm^(3)/g,TG/DTG曲线表明在30~850℃的热失重为5.11%,最大热失重速率对应的峰温为685.3℃,其热稳定性良好。Based on the quality analysis of waste water from a semi-coke plant,the corresponding phenol aqueous solution was prepared as the raw material for the simulation treatment.The adsorption isotherm curves of three adsorbents,namely activated carbon(AC),calcium montmorillonite(MMT)and macroporous resin(XAD-4)for phenol aqueous solution were determined by adsorption method,and the suitable adsorbent for phenol waste water was selected.The structural characterization of the selected AC adsorbent was carried out.The experimental results show that the AC is the suitable wastewater treatment adsorbent.It belongs to the mesoporous materials,the specific surface area can reach 574 m^(2)/g and the pore volume is 0.36 cm^(3)/g,in addition,the TG/DTG curves show that the thermal weight loss in the range of 30~850℃is 5.11%,and the peak temperature corresponding to the maximum thermal weight loss rate is 685.3℃,which show AC has good thermal stability.
