摘  要:酸性分子筛催化剂在使用过程中会发生结焦失活等现象,失活催化剂的再生利用,既可以降污减排,又可以节约催化剂购买成本。首先通过调变焙烧温度和焙烧时间,考察了不同焙烧条件对失活β分子筛催化剂再生的影响。得到催化剂的最佳再生条件为500℃焙烧8 h,并制定了工业再生方案。然后按照催化剂工业再生方案,进行工业再生,得到3.5 t工业再生催化剂。苯液相烷基化反应小试评价表明,工业再生催化剂催化苯转化率高于26%,活性恢复度均高于95%,乙苯选择性均约为80%。满足工业应用要求。In the process of using acidic molecular sieve catalyst,coking and deactivation will be occurred.The regeneration and utilization of deactivated catalyst can not only reduce pollution and emission,but also save the cost of catalyst.In this paper,a pilot regeneration test was carried out on the deactivatedβzeolite catalyst by adjusting the calcination temperature and time.The best regeneration condition of the catalyst was calcined at 500℃for 8 h,and the industrial regeneration scheme was established.According to the industrial regeneration scheme of catalyst,industrial regeneration was carried out to obtain 3.5 t regenerated catalyst.The pilot scale evaluation of benzene liquid phase alkylation showed that the conversion of benzene was more than 26%,the activity recovery was more than 95%,and the selectivity of ethylbenzene was about 80%,which met the requirements of industrial application.
