摘 要:文章针对当前沼液过滤困难、随意排放污染环境等问题,设计了智能化的沼液滴灌过滤技术及设备。利用三级过滤实现沼液粘稠分离,粘液通过沼液液位监测,智能控制固液分离机,实现沼渣沼液分离,稀液通过120目过滤网,达到滴灌要求,并采用清洗设备实现滤网的自动冲洗。通过系统智能化控制与人工控制成本对比试验表明,该沼液滴灌过滤技术及设备经济环保,操作简单,有利于推广使用。该研究为沼液的大规模利用进一步研究提供了参考。In view of the current problems of biogas slurry filtration and free discharge of pollutants,this paper designed an intelligent biogas drip irrigation filtration process and equipment.In this design,three-stage filtrations were used to achieve the biogas slurry viscous separation.Through monitoring the liquid level of biogas slurry,intelligent control of the solid-liquid separator,the separation of solid biogas residue and biogas slurry was realized.The liquid passed through the 120 mesh filter to achieve the drip irrigation requirement,and the filter screen was automatically washed by the cleaning equipment.Through the cost comparison test between intelligent control and artificial control,it showed that the biogas slurry drip irrigation filtration process and equipment were economical and environmental protection,and the operation was simple,which was conducive to promotion and application.
