摘　　要：对于晚期骨肿瘤患者而言,都会受到疼痛的折磨,从临床角度上看,给予药物是比较常用的一种缓解疼痛的方法,但是结合实际情况为其进行恰当的护理手段也是至关重要的。本文通过对晚期骨肿瘤患者居家疼痛护理进展进行陈述,旨在为开展骨肿瘤患者延续护理提供科学依据,为患者和家属提供更全面、专业的居家照护模式。在进行分析的过程中首先对国内外晚期骨肿瘤患者居家疼痛护理开展现状进行了分析,最后,在此基础上,本文也提出了几点建议对策主要包括心理护理、健康宣教、公休座谈会等等。For patients with advanced bone tumor,they will suffer from pain.From the clinical point of view,drug administration is a commonly used method to relieve pain.However,it is also crucial to provide appropriate nursing means for them according to the actual situation.This paper presents the research progress of home pain care for patients with advanced bone tumor,aiming to provide scientific basis for carrying out continuous care for patients with bone tumor and provide more comprehensive and professional home care mode for patients and their families.In the process of analysis,the current situation of home pain care for patients with advanced bone tumor at home was analyzed at first.Finally,on this basis,this paper also put forward several Suggestions and countermeasures,including psychological care,health education,public holiday symposia and so on.
