摘 要:目的:探讨全身血管造影中应用多层螺旋CT技术的应用效果及临床价值。方法:选取我院2019年8月—2020年11月间收治的75例疑似血管疾病患者进行临床研究,均采用单层螺旋CT和多层螺旋CT成像技术进行检查,对比不同检查方式下患者的诊断结果差异。结果:多层螺旋CT成像技术在全身血管造影患者诊断中的检出率要明显高于单层螺旋CT,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在全身血管造影检查中应用多层螺旋CT成像技术的效果更佳,该技术能够较清晰的检出疑似血管疾病患者的疾病类型,对于医生临床治疗方案的制定能够提供更加准确的参考依据,临床应用效果及价值均较高。Objective To explore the application effect and clinical value of multi-slice spiral CT in whole body angiography.Methods A total of 75 patients with suspected vascular disease admitted to our hospital from August 2019 to November 2020 were selected for clinical study.Single-layer spiral CT and multi-slice spiral CT imaging were used for examination to compare the diagnostic results of patients under different examination methods.Results The detection rate of multi-slice spiral CT imaging in the diagnosis of patients with whole body angiography was significantly higher than that of single-slice spiral CT,the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion The application of multi-slice spiral CT imaging technology in whole body angiography is more effective.This technology can clearly detect the type of disease in patients with suspected vascular disease,and can provide a more accurate reference for doctors to formulate clinical treatment plans,The clinical application effect and value are high.
