摘 要:目的了解医学生传染病防治健康素养现状并分析其影响因素,为医学生职业安全及开展传染病健康干预提供科学依据。方法 2020年2月16日—3月8日采用便利抽样法抽取肇庆1所医学院校4 008名学生,通过问卷星平台发放问卷,采用统计描述、单因素方差分析、χ^(2)检验、logistics回归分析数据。结果医学生传染病防治健康素养得分为23.21±6.28,具备健康素养人数为384人,具备率为9.6%。Logistic回归分析结果显示,专业、年级和临床实习期间是否接受过传染病知识培训、自己或家人是否患过传染病、学习成绩、获取传染病信息和知识的途径为医学生传染病防治健康素养的影响因素。结论医学生传染病防治健康素养水平较低,在今后开展医学生健康教育和健康促进活动时可以根据其影响因素,使用适合的干预方法提高医学生健康素养,促进健康行为。Objective To understand the health literacy of infectious diseases prevention and treatment in medical students,analyze its influencing factors, and provide scientific basis for medical students’ occupational safety and carrying out health intervention of infectious diseases. Methods From February 16 to March 8, 2020, 4 008 students from a medical college in Zhaoqing were selected by convenience sampling method, and the questionnaire was issued through the Questionnaire Star platform. The data were analyzed by statistical description, one-way ANOVA, χ^(2 )test and logistic regression. Results The health literacy score of infectious diseases prevention and treatment in medical students was 23.21 ±6.28, and the number of students with health literacy was 384, with a rate of 9.6%. Logistic regression analysis results showed that major, grade, whether they have received infectious disease knowledge training during clinical practice, whether they or their family have suffered from infectious disease, academic performance, and the ways to obtain infectious disease information and knowledge were the influencing factors of health literacy of infectious diseases prevention and treatment in medical students. Conclusion The medical literacy level of infectious diseases prevention and treatment in medical students is relatively low. In the future, it is necessary to take appropriate intervention methods to improve the medical students’ health literacy and promote healthy behaviors when conducting health education and health promotion activities.
