橡胶耐磨剂SI-H在轿车子午线轮胎中的应用

摘　　要：研究橡胶耐磨剂SI-H在轿车子午线轮胎中的应用。结果表明:在轿车子午线轮胎基部胶和胎冠胶中添加1.5份橡胶耐磨剂SI-H,生产工艺良好;胶料的门尼粘度降低,拉伸性能、抗撕裂性能、弹性和耐老化性能提高,压缩疲劳温升降低,胎冠胶的耐磨性能和抗切割性能显著提高;成品轮胎的高速性能和耐久性能良好。The application of rubber wear-resistant agent SI-H in passenger car radial tire was studied.The results showed that,with the addition of 1.5 phr rubber wear-resistant agent SI-H in the base compound and crown compound of passenger car radial tire,the production process was good,the Mooney viscosity of the compounds was reduced,the tensile properties,tear resistance,elasticity and aging resistance of the compounds were improved,and the temperature rise of compression fatigue was reduced.The wear resistance and cutting resistance of the crown compound were significantly improved,and the high speed performance and durability of the finished tire were good.
