摘  要:分析橡胶膨胀干燥机设备故障原因,并提出相应对策。通过采取筒体内均匀分布沟槽、进料段螺套螺距与直径比由0.64增大到0.96、螺杆轴与螺套由单键连接改为渐开线花键连接、取消螺套原缺口并使螺套起始点与终止点的方位错开及改进进料斗下部滤网结构等措施,在不增大电机功率、不改变螺杆转速、采用1.0 MPa饱和蒸汽压的前提下,可减少蒸汽用量,延长设备的运转周期,保证产品质量,降低能耗,提高单机生产能力。The cause of the equipment failure of rubber expansion dryer was analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward.The improvement measures were as follows:the uniformly distributed grooves in the cylinder were adopted,the screw pitch and diameter ratio of the feed section screw sleeve was increased from 0.64 to 0.96,the connection between the screw shaft and screw sleeve was changed from a single key connection to an involute spline connection,the original gap of the screw sleeve was removed,the starting point and the end point of the screw sleeve were staggered positioned,and the structure of the filter screen at the lower part of the hopper was modified.With the improvement,the steam consumption could be reduced and the operation cycle of the equipment was prolonged by using the 1.0 MPa saturated vapor pressure without increasing the motor power or changing the screw speed.After the improvement,the product quality was guaranteed,the energy consumption was reduced,and the production capacity of single machine was improved.
