摘　　要：目的了解广州市医护人员心理健康与工作压力状况,为改善医护人员健康提供理论依据。方法采用整群抽样方法对广州市的481名医护人员进行问卷调查,问卷内容包括一般情况、症状自评量表(SCL-90)和工作压力源量表。结果广州市的医护人员人际关系敏感得(1.41±0.54)分,抑郁得(1.43±0.58)分,敌对得(1.40±0.56)分,偏执得(1.31±0.50)分;医护人员SCL-90得(1.36±0.45)分;女性偏执得分(1.30±0.53)低于男性(1.33±0.45);医类和护类人员SCL-90各因子得分差异无统计学意义;医护群体心理健康水平各因子与工作压力源各因子呈正相关(r=0.11~0.43,P<0.05);采用多因素分析纳入方程的变量有职业发展、工作负荷、人际关系、外部环境、年龄,医护人员心理健康的19.42%可由上述因素解释。结论广州市医护人员总体心理健康保持稳定状态,强迫症状要高于正常人,男性更容易偏执,工作压力对医护人员心理健康有一定的影响。Objective To understand the mental health and work stress of medical personnel in Guangzhou city,so as to provide theoretical basis for improving their health.Methods A total of 481 health workers were selected by cluster sampling method and questionnaire surveyed in Guangzhou city.The questionnaires included general condition,symptom check-list 90(SCL-90)and working pressure source scale.Results Medical personnel interpersonal sensitivity score was(1.41±0.54),the score of depression(1.43±0.58),hostility score was(1.40±0.56),paranoid ideation score was(1.31±0.50),and the score of medical personnel’s SCL-90 score was(1.36±0.45);the female paranoid ideation score(1.30±0.53)was lower than that of men(1.33±0.45);there was no significant difference in the scores of SCL-90 for medical and nursing staff.The factors of mental health level in the nursing group were positively correlated with the factors of work pressure sources(r=0.11-0.43,P<0.05).Variables included in the equation using multivariate linear regression included career development,workload,interpersonal relationships,external environment,and age.19.42%of medical personnel’s mental health can be explained by the above factors.Conclusion The overall mental health of medical personnel remained stable in Guangzhou city,obsessive-compulsive are higher than normal,men are more likely to be paranoid,and the work pressure had a certain effect on the mental health of medical personnel.
