摘 要:目的了解大连市2017~2019年市级公共场所国家双随机抽检情况,为卫生监督管理提供合理依据。方法按照GB/T 18204.1~4-2013《公共场所卫生检验方法》、GB/T 18204.9~10-2000《公共场所卫生标准检验方法》、GB/T 5750-2006《生活饮用水标准检验法》进行采样和检测。依据GB 9663~9673-1996《公共场所卫生标准》进行评价,有1项检测项目不合格即判定为该样品不合格。结果 2017~2019年大连市市级公共场所双随机卫生抽检共307家,抽检公共场所样品总体合格率94.34%,不同年份公共场所抽检合格率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。空气质量、用品用具、游泳池水抽检样品3年总体合格率分别为98.67%、91.97%、90.50%,且差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同类公共场所的用品用具合格率分别在不同年份间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3年间泳池水总体合格率、各项指标合格率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);浸脚池水余氯合格率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。不同类游泳场所泳池水各项指标合格率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);星级宾馆类游泳场所浸脚池水余氯合格率3年间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),健身休闲类游泳场所浸脚池水余氯合格率3年间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 2017~2019年间大连市市级抽检的公共场所卫生状况虽然总体良好。Objective To understand the national double random sampling of public places in Dalian city during 2017-2019,so as to provide a reasonable evidence for health supervision and management. Methods According to GB/T 18204.1-4-2013 "Examination Methods for Public Places",GB/T 18204.9-10-2000 "Standard Examination Methods for Public Places" and GB/T 5750-2006 "Drinking Water Standard Inspection Method",all the samplings were carried out and detected.According to GB 9663-9673-1996 "Public Place Sanitation Standards" for evaluation,if a test item was unqualified,it was judged that the sample was unqualified. Results In 2017-2019,Dalian city-level public places had a total of 307 double random sanitary random inspections,and the overall qualified rate of random sampling of public places samples was 94.34%.There was no statistically significant difference in the qualified rate of random inspections in public places during the 3 years(P>0.05).The 3-year overall qualified rates of air quality,supplies,and swimming pool water sampling samples were 98.67%,91.97%,and 90.50%,respectively,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).There is no statistically significant difference in the qualified rates of supplies and appliances in different types of public places between different years.There was no statistically significant difference in the overall qualified rate of swimming pool water and the qualified rates of various indicators during the 3 years(P>0.05);there was a statistically significant difference in the qualified rate of residual chlorine in the foot bath water(P<0.01).There was no statistically significant difference in the qualified rates of swimming pool water in different types of swimming places(P>0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the qualified rate of residual chlorine in foot baths of star hotel swimming pools between three years(P>0.05),there is a statistically significant difference in the qualified rate of residual chlorine in foot immersion pool water in fitness an
