摘 要:目的了解太原市噪声职业危害状况,掌握噪声危害重点,为预防和控制太原市噪声职业危害提供科学依据。方法收集2018年太原市职业性噪声聋监测资料,包括噪声危害企业申报信息、职业病危害因素检测信息、噪声作业人群职业健康检查情况、职业病报告情况等,运用SPSS统计软件进行分析。结果 2018年共监测噪声危害企业345个,噪声作业岗位超标率为11.44%(302/2 639)。不同行业间噪声岗位超标率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),其中制造业超标率最高,超标率为13.55%(231/1705);双耳高频听力损失检出率为10.82%(1 506/13 923),双耳高频听力损失检出率在不同企业经济类型、不同行业、不同规模及不同性别、年龄、工龄间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论职业卫生监督部门应重点加强中小型、私有企业、其他内资企业、制造业、采矿业的监控,预防职业性噪声聋的发生。Objective To understand the status of noise occupational damages and the characteristics of noise hazard in Taiyuan city,so as to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of noise occupational damages. Methods The monitoring data of occupational noise deafness in Taiyuan city in 2018 were collected,including noise hazard enterprise declaration information,occupational hazard factor detection information,occupational health examination of noise exposed population,and occupational disease report,and analyzed using SPSS statistical software. Results There were 345 noise occupation enterprises by monitored in 2018.The over standard rate was 11.44%(302/2 639) in noise occupation posts,there was significant statistical difference among different fields(P<0.01),manufacturing industry had the highest standard exceeding ratios of 13.55%.The detection rate of binaural high frequency hearing loss was 10.82%(1 506/13 923),there was significant statistical difference among different economic types,industry,enterprise scales,gender,age and working years(P<0.01). Conclusion The supervision of middle-small enterprise,private owned enterprise,other domestic enterprise,manufacturing industry and mining industry should be strengthened to prevent noise induced hearing loss.
